We are offering FREE Shipping in India.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery of goods may take 7-10 days for domestic regions & for international regions may take upto 21 days, however the timelines mentioned may vary due to the COVID situations & unforseen delays in shipments may be expected.

Returns
Our return policy lasts for 10 days from the date of delivery. Beyond that, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return & the reason for the same.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by the quality team (has to meet all conditions), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 72 hours from the date of receiving them.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 7-10 days)
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Items on sale will not be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery with proof of damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at skid.o2bags@gmail.com & we'll share the details from there.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Cancelling an order
If you have to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours of placing the order & email us the same at skid.o2bags@gmail.com

Return address
To return your product, please first send us an email on skid.o2bags@gmail.com to let us know that you will be sending them and the reason why. Please include your order number, registered email and product name.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. SkiD O2 or AAPL is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
